Q1: I have just opened the package, but I can see air bubbles on the product.
A1:Our products are covered with a factory protective film to protect the screen. You can use it as it is, but if you are concerned about air bubbles, please remove it and attach the attached protective film.

Q2. I can't apply the protective film well.

A2:Please paste it slowly while checking the position after pasting. If air bubbles appear during application, please return to the position of the air bubbles and slowly apply the adhesive again while holding down the area where the air bubbles have entered.
If dust gets in during the process, go back to where the dust was, peel it off, and roll up the cellophane tape to remove the dust.

Return Policy

You may request a return within 14 days after the item has been shipped. Please contact us within this period to arrange the return.

To initiate a return, please provide a valid return label and cover the shipping costs and any applicable taxes. Please note that we do not cover any expenses associated with returns. Failure to cover these expenses may result in us refusing to accept the returned items.
